PE TECH is supplying doubling machines, PTD-DB and PTL-HDB model. It is basically roll to roll doubling process and roll to sheet (high thickness). As per foam materials, it is used hot air laminating process and laminating film is applicable
HDPE, LLDPE, Aluminum foil (AL) with coated by polyethylene resin and metalized pet films (MPET).
HDB model is possible to cover the roll dia.2,500mm and this doubling foam has thickness max.200mm through our machine.
