PE TECH is a manufacturer of irradiation Cross-linked polyethylene foam production line. (aka XLPE or PE-Xc) IXPE, Irradiation crosslinked polyethylene foam, is crosslinked by electron beam. It is produced in continuous rolls Resulting in a foam product with uniform, closed cells and smooth surfaces on both sides mode than chemical (DCP) crosslink. Common procedures are same to XLPE foam production but it does not use only dicumyl peroxide master batch material for crosslinking. Electron beam dome facilities are required for crosslinking.

Vertical foaming chamber unit, PTH-VT, has advantages of vertically foaming that less blowing agent consumption from nearly complete foaming process, Energy efficient system from the use of heat exchanger ‘catalytic oxidizer’, Environmentally friendly system from not using chemical crosslinking agent ‘DCP’. Foam color is possible to make pure white (like snow) production from the generation of high heat in the vertical oven and close to complete foaming from the full utilization of blowing agent function.
